📋 Description

• Oversee strategic design initiatives.

• Establish the user experience framework.

• Develop, manage, and uphold comprehensive, scalable, tokenized, and uniform design systems across various platforms.

• Engage in hands-on high-fidelity prototyping and technically assess the feasibility of interfaces.

• Guarantee a smooth transition from design to frontend code execution.

• Outline navigation structures and intricate information architecture for microservices-based environments.

• Create design assets pertinent to product and software development team operations.

• Maintain the visual consistency, accessibility, and usability of technological solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Attained higher education (technologist degree, undergraduate degree, and/or lato sensu or stricto sensu postgraduate degree) in Information Technology.

• Background as a Senior UX/UI Analyst with experience in agile development methodologies.

• Mastery of Figma, including advanced Design Systems, prototyping, variables, and dynamic components.

• Solid technical knowledge of HTML5, CSS3/SASS, and React.

• Application of WCAG standards and experience with automated auditing tools.

• Experience in integrating AI for design automation (DesignOps), asset creation, and workflow enhancement.

• Preferred knowledge includes Atomic Design component patterns, CSS-in-JS, Tailwind, Hotjar, Analytics, Amplitude, LLMs, agents, interaction frameworks, and functional prototypes based on real code.
