Senior UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Enhance and innovate customer-oriented solutions for users across more than 15 countries under the InPost and Mondial Relay brands.

• Elevate customer experience and create a top-tier user journey.

• Develop design principles and frameworks to ensure high-quality, consistent solutions on a global scale while accommodating local market requirements.

• Concentrate on financial products within InPost Pay, including payments, subscriptions, and forthcoming financial services.

• Represent user interests and address intricate challenges across websites, mobile applications, and internal tools.

• Conduct user research to gain insights into customer needs and identify potential opportunities.

• Design user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes for feedback from stakeholders and users.

• Produce high-fidelity visual design mock-ups that align with UI guidelines and brand standards.

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to implement design solutions.

• Advocate for and educate stakeholders on inclusive and accessible design methodologies.

• Engage in design team meetings, offer constructive critiques, and support fellow designers.

• Define and monitor key metrics, communicating the impact of design on users and the business.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in digital product design, encompassing user research, information architecture, usability, prototyping, and design processes.

• Experience and comprehension of the financial services sector, such as banking or fintech.

• Demonstrated experience utilizing AI tools in the design workflow, such as Claude or similar, with specific examples.

• Preferred experience and understanding of working with B2B users.

• Enthusiasm for applying and promoting human-centered design practices within cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency with prototyping tools; the company utilizes Figma.

• Capability to work independently in a responsive and dynamic environment.

• Experience in agile and fast-paced settings.

• Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

• Fluent in Polish.

• Strong stakeholder management abilities to facilitate change.
