Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Utilize design thinking methodologies to tackle intricate challenges and create innovative solutions that align with business goals.

• Conduct, analyze, and implement UX research and data insights to comprehend user needs and behaviors.

• Partner with domain experts, product managers, and engineers to ideate and develop inventive solutions.

• Produce wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new features and enhancements.

• Create detailed design specifications and documentation to guide development and ensure accurate implementation.

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure precise execution of design specifications and seamless integration with existing frameworks.

• Contribute to and uphold design systems and style guides to maintain consistency across products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in UX/UI within fast-paced environments.

• A robust portfolio showcasing real-world projects that highlight the design process and outcomes.

• Advanced expertise in Figma, the preferred design and prototyping tool.

• Profound understanding of UX principles, design thinking, interaction design, and usability best practices.

• Experience with UX deliverables, including wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes.

• Capability to choose suitable tools for specific challenges.

• Eagerness to learn new domains and the ability to understand complex business requirements.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Proficient in working effectively within cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects at once.

• Exceptional analytical abilities, a sharp eye for detail, and the skill to solve complex design problems.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and integrate feedback into design iterations.

• Experience in developing design systems and platform design work is a plus.
