UI/UX Designer – AI Powered Products

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collect organized feedback from internal teams and product partners

• Organize and execute usability testing for both existing and developing AI tools

• Convert research insights into prioritized recommendations for product and design

• Recognize adoption barriers, usability shortcomings, and unmet user requirements

• Create and sustain a research repository

• Develop user flows, wireframes, design specifications, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes

• Design new products and features while enhancing current experiences

• Facilitate design reviews and offer suggestions for product modifications

• Define and manage the visual identity across internal products

• Produce logos, visual identities, graphics, illustrations, interface assets, and supplementary visual content

• Design marketing and launch materials to promote product adoption

• Build and maintain an internal design system, encompassing components, interaction patterns, style guidelines, and reusable standards

• Create documentation for cohesive user experiences

• Contribute to lightweight front-end builds through vibe coding

• Transform design intent into refined user experiences

• Set design standards for vibecoded web applications

• Collaborate with builders, Product Operations, product partners, and cross-functional stakeholders

• Oversee multiple concurrent projects and prioritize tasks based on impact

• Record research methods, design standards, and system patterns

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design, preferably with a focus on internal tools, enterprise products, or B2B experiences

• Robust portfolio showcasing expertise in UX research, interaction design, product design, and visual or graphic design

• Advanced skills in Figma, including design specifications, prototyping, components, and design systems

• Experience in establishing design standards for modern web applications, including vibecoded experiences

• Capability to handle multiple products and design requests concurrently while prioritizing based on business and user impact

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with a knack for clearly documenting design decisions and standards

• Self-motivated and adept at quickly adapting in a fast-paced environment

• Portfolio links must be included with the resume

• Proficiency in English (Required)
