Senior UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Enhance and transform customer-facing solutions serving users across more than 15 countries under the InPost and Mondial Relay brands.

• Elevate customer experience and create a top-tier service.

• Develop design principles and frameworks to deliver high-quality, consistent solutions on a global scale while addressing local market needs.

• Concentrate on financial products within InPost Pay, encompassing payments, subscriptions, and prospective financial services.

• Represent user interests and tackle complex challenges across websites, mobile apps, and internal tools.

• Conduct user research to gain insights into customer needs and identify opportunities.

• Design user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes for feedback from stakeholders and users.

• Produce high-fidelity visual design mock-ups that align with UI guidelines and brand standards.

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to successfully deliver design solutions.

• Advocate for and educate stakeholders on inclusive and accessible design practices.

• Engage in design meetings, offer constructive feedback, and support fellow designers.

• Define and monitor key metrics using a data-driven design approach, communicating user and business impact.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in digital product design, encompassing user research, information architecture, usability, prototyping, and design processes.

• Strong and current UI skills.

• Knowledge and experience in the financial services sector, including banking or fintech.

• Proven track record of utilizing AI tools in the design workflow, such as Claude or comparable tools, with specific examples.

• Preferred experience and understanding of engaging with B2B users.

• Deep passion for applying and promoting human-centered design methodologies within cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with prototyping tools; the company utilizes Figma.

• Capability to work independently in a responsive, dynamic environment.

• Experience in agile and fast-paced settings.

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

• Fluent in Polish.

• Strong stakeholder management abilities to drive change.
