Senior UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Enhance and innovate customer-facing solutions for users across more than 15 countries under the InPost and Mondial Relay brands.

• Elevate customer experience and create a premier experience.

• Develop design principles and frameworks for high-quality, consistent solutions on a global scale while taking local market needs into account.

• Concentrate on financial products within InPost Pay, including payments, subscriptions, and prospective financial services.

• Serve as the advocate for users and address complex challenges across websites, mobile applications, and internal tools.

• Carry out user research to grasp customer needs and identify opportunities.

• Generate user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes for feedback from stakeholders and users.

• Produce high-fidelity visual design mock-ups that align with UI guidelines and brand standards.

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to provide effective design solutions.

• Promote and educate stakeholders on inclusive and accessible design practices.

• Engage in design team meetings, offer constructive critiques, and support fellow designers.

• Employ a data-informed strategy by defining and monitoring key metrics while communicating the impact of design and business outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in digital product design, encompassing user research, information architecture, usability, prototyping, and design processes.

• Strong, current UI skills.

• Experience and comprehension of financial services, including banking or fintech.

• Demonstrated experience using AI tools in the design workflow, such as Claude or similar, with practical examples.

• Preferred experience and understanding of engaging with B2B users.

• Deep passion for implementing and promoting human-centered design methodologies within cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with prototyping tools; the company utilizes Figma.

• Capability to work independently in a responsive, dynamic environment.

• Experience in agile and fast-paced settings.

• Proficient English skills, both spoken and written.

• Fluent in Polish.

• Strong stakeholder management abilities to drive change.
