Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create innovative AI and ML-driven product experiences that harmonize usability, trust, and enjoyment.

• Investigate new interaction models, visual languages, and product ideas that go beyond traditional enterprise UX.

• Deliver refined, high-quality design work across user flows, surfaces, and systems.

• Develop, test, and refine ideas quickly, moving from initial concepts to assured solutions.

• Convey design intent, emotion, and experience through visuals, prototypes, and storytelling.

• Transform conceptual ideas into production-ready designs suitable for engineering and user comprehension.

• Contribute to the creation of scalable and well-organized design systems.

• Utilize Figma components, variables, auto-layout, and prototyping throughout the design process.

• Leverage generative AI tools to explore ideas and expedite the ideation process.

• Investigate emerging AI capabilities, interaction models, and visual trends.

• Deliver impactful 0→1 designs for new AI-driven recruiting and talent solutions within the initial 6–12 months.

• Elevate the visual and experiential standards on owned product surfaces.

• Produce designs that enhance clarity, trust, and enjoyment in complex workflows.

• Exhibit rapid iteration that balances speed, exploration, and exceptional craftsmanship.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in designing and launching high-quality product experiences in SaaS, enterprise, or AI-driven software.

• Demonstrated success in delivering 0→1 products or features in fast-paced, ambiguous settings.

• Outstanding visual design abilities, with a keen eye for layout, typography, motion, and interaction details.

• High proficiency in Figma, including advanced usage of components, variables, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems.

• Significant experience working within and enhancing design systems while maintaining creativity and quality.

• Strong capacity to rapidly iterate, explore diverse directions, and settle on high-confidence solutions.

• Experience utilizing generative AI design tools as part of the creative workflow is a significant advantage.

• Ability to challenge assumptions and propose unconventional solutions when necessary.

• A fervent passion for craftsmanship, aesthetics, and exceeding quality expectations beyond “good enough.”

• A portfolio that clearly showcases creative diversity, bold ideas, rapid iteration, and excellent execution across actual products.

• A design portfolio is mandatory to be considered for this position.
