Senior User Acquisition Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Take charge of various acquisition channels, including Meta, TikTok, AppLovin, Google, Snap, and Pinterest.

• Initiate new user acquisition channels.

• Develop campaign analytics to monitor performance and uncover growth opportunities.

• Utilize data to determine what to scale, adjust, or pause.

• Sustain and enhance campaign automations across different channels.

• Leverage AI tools to optimize workflows.

• Collaborate with creatives and Product Marketing Managers on audience insights, messaging, creative briefs, and maintaining funnel consistency.

• Link acquisition performance to CAC, ROMI, LTV, retention, and payback periods.

• Operate within fast-paced teams to drive growth for an AI-first subscription product.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in User Acquisition with Meta.

• Proven hands-on experience in independently managing campaign structure, budgets, bidding, and testing.

• Direct responsibility for over $1M in monthly ad spend.

• Experience with user acquisition for web subscription products (web-to-web).

• Familiarity with at least two major channels, such as Meta, TikTok, Snap, or Google (YouTube, Demand Gen).

• Experience in launching marketing channels from the ground up.

• Strong knowledge of campaign analytics, attribution models, cohort analysis, LTV, and payback metrics.

• Experience with web-to-app or mobile app is an advantage.
