Senior UI/UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead comprehensive UI/UX design processes for both web and mobile applications, spanning from initial discovery to final product launch.

• Simplify complex requirements into effective design solutions.

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and client stakeholders to ensure that designs align with business goals.

• Perform user research and synthesize findings effectively.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.

• Create user personas, user flows, and journey maps to enhance user experience.

• Manage the development and upkeep of design systems across various platforms.

• Implement UI design principles, including color theory, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy.

• Utilize AI-driven design tools to streamline design workflows.

• Mentor and support junior designers in their professional development.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

• Incorporate accessibility standards, such as WCAG, into design practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

• 5-8 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.

• Strong portfolio showcasing design work on B2B or Enterprise products.

• Proficient in Figma and FigJam, along with Miro or similar design tools.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey design decisions and their rationale to stakeholders.

• Experience in the healthcare sector or B2B enterprise environments is an advantage.

• Understanding of front-end development principles, including HTML and CSS.

• Familiarity with Agile or Lean UX methodologies.

• Experience in implementing accessibility standards such as WCAG and responsive design techniques.
