Senior UI/UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the entire UX lifecycle, from discovery and concept development to wireframes, high-fidelity designs, prototyping, and engineering handoff for both web and mobile platforms.

• Create user-focused experiences that streamline intricate AI-driven security workflows and enterprise systems.

• Establish information architecture for products that are data-rich and analytics-heavy.

• Spearhead user research efforts, including field studies, stakeholder interviews, usability testing, and behavioral analysis.

• Validate concepts through rapid prototyping, usability testing, and iterative experimentation.

• Develop and enhance Lumana’s cross-platform design system.

• Utilize UX analytics and product data to enhance usability, increase adoption, and boost workflow efficiency.

• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Leadership to ensure design quality and scalable implementation.

• Align the UX strategy with product roadmap priorities while contributing to the long-term platform vision.

• Present and defend design choices using research, data, and principled reasoning.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Over 3 years of experience in UX/UI design for complex B2B, enterprise, or data-intensive platforms.

• Strong portfolio showcasing comprehensive UX work across research, interaction design, and high-fidelity execution.

• Demonstrated experience in designing complex systems, dashboards, or analytics-focused applications.

• Advanced skills in Figma and modern design systems.

• Experience in leading user research initiatives and translating findings into product enhancements.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly articulating design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
