Senior UI/UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the entire UX lifecycle, from discovery and conceptual development to wireframing, high-fidelity design, prototyping, and engineering handoff across both web and mobile platforms.

• Create user-centered experiences that streamline intricate AI-driven security workflows and enterprise systems.

• Establish the information architecture for products that are rich in data and heavy on analytics.

• Spearhead user research efforts, including field studies, stakeholder interviews, usability testing, and behavioral analysis.

• Validate concepts through rapid prototyping, usability testing, and iterative experimentation.

• Develop and enhance Lumana’s cross-platform design system.

• Leverage UX analytics and product data to enhance usability, adoption, and workflow efficiency.

• Work collaboratively with Engineering, Product, and Leadership to ensure design quality and scalable implementation.

• Align the UX strategy with product roadmap priorities and contribute to the long-term vision of the platform.

• Present and justify design decisions based on research, data, and principled reasoning.

• Carry out other assigned responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Engineering, or a closely related field.

• Over 3 years of experience in UX/UI design for complex B2B, enterprise, or data-intensive platforms.

• A robust portfolio showcasing comprehensive UX work that includes research, interaction design, and high-fidelity execution.

• Demonstrated experience in designing complex systems, dashboards, or analytics-focused applications.

• Advanced skills in Figma and contemporary design systems.

• Experience in leading user research initiatives and converting insights into tangible product enhancements.

• Exceptional communication skills, capable of clearly conveying design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
