Senior UI/UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the entire UX lifecycle, from discovery and concept development to wireframes, high-fidelity designs, prototyping, and engineering handoff for both web and mobile platforms.

• Create user-centered experiences that streamline intricate AI-driven security workflows and enterprise systems.

• Establish the information architecture for products that are rich in data and focused on analytics.

• Lead user research efforts, which include field studies, stakeholder interviews, usability testing, and behavioral analysis.

• Validate concepts through rapid prototyping, usability testing, and iterative experimentation.

• Develop and enhance Lumana’s cross-platform design system.

• Leverage UX analytics and product data to enhance usability, adoption, and workflow efficiency.

• Work collaboratively with Engineering, Product, and Leadership to ensure design quality and implementation.

• Align UX strategy with product roadmap priorities while contributing to the overarching platform vision.

• Present and justify design decisions using research, data, and principled reasoning.

• Carry out other assigned responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Engineering, or a related field.

• Over 3 years of experience in UX/UI design for complex B2B, enterprise, or data-intensive platforms.

• A strong portfolio showcasing comprehensive UX work that includes research, interaction design, and high-fidelity execution.

• Demonstrated experience in designing intricate systems, dashboards, or applications driven by analytics.

• Advanced skills in Figma and contemporary design systems.

• Experience in leading user research initiatives and transforming insights into product enhancements.

• Excellent communication abilities, capable of articulating design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
