This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the visual design direction for significant Marketing initiatives and digital experiences, guiding them from initial concepts through to implementation and launch.
• Convert user requirements, business objectives, and brand strategy into intuitive, polished, and accessible interface experiences.
• Establish and refine visual standards encompassing typography, composition, imagery, interaction, responsive behavior, and detail states.
• Create reusable design systems, component patterns, and UI standards.
• Develop high-fidelity prototypes that effectively communicate complex flows, responsive behaviors, transitions, and interaction intent.
• Incorporate motion and animation to enhance comprehension, feedback, hierarchy, and overall user experience.
• Utilize AI-assisted design and creative tools for ideation, iteration, production, and documentation, ensuring human oversight.
• Collaborate with teams across Marketing, Product, Engineering, Research, Brand, and Content.
• Mentor design team members and enhance critique, quality assurance, and shared design practices.
• 5–8 years of professional experience in UI design, visual design, product design, or a related field.
• A portfolio showcasing strong visual craftsmanship across digital experiences, emphasizing typography, layout, hierarchy, responsive behavior, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven experience in leading visual design direction for intricate projects or multiple workstreams.
• Familiarity with creating and evolving design systems, component patterns, and UI standards.
• Experience in building high-fidelity prototypes and conveying interaction intent to cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of accessibility, inclusive design, and user-centered design principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the capability to articulate design decisions, navigate ambiguity, influence without authority, and collaborate across various disciplines.
• Nice-to-have: background in motion design, animation, interaction design, or prototyping complex behaviors.
• Nice-to-have: experience with AI-assisted design or creative tools.
• Nice-to-have: knowledge of front-end development constraints and implementation of responsive, accessible interfaces.
• Nice-to-have: experience designing for large-scale digital ecosystems, SaaS environments, or Marketing web properties.
