Senior Trust Services Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Complete and submit customer security questionnaires along with other due diligence requests.

• Act as the main responder for customer due diligence inquiries utilizing established response frameworks, internal policy documents, and compliance control libraries.

• Investigate and validate responses to client-specific inquiries that fall outside standard frameworks.

• Gather supporting evidence from compliance platforms.

• Collaborate with internal security and compliance teams to ensure the accuracy of responses.

• Maintain consistency and high quality across all deliverables.

• Ensure that responses are crafted using current, approved language and align with the broader security posture of the customers.

• Identify gaps or outdated documentation.

• Process specialized vendor security questionnaires using custom Excel matrices and cloud portals.

• Align responses with control domains, risk tiering, and subprocessor ecosystems.

• Monitor assigned tasks and communicate any blockers promptly.

• Provide accurate submissions within tight turnaround timelines.

• Commitment to working from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Eastern Time (ET).

• Occasional flexibility to adjust working hours based on business needs, global collaboration, and time-sensitive hiring requirements.

• Willingness and capability to travel locally for rare onsite meetings, team gatherings, or business activities.

• Participation in live video interviews with the camera on.

• Identity verification during recruitment and onboarding processes.

• Successful completion of identity verification and background checks, where legally permissible.

• Fundamental understanding of information security frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and GDPR.

• Knowledge of PII versus PHI and technical security measures including authentication, logical access, and encryption.

• Basic familiarity with cloud infrastructure architectures and data hosting environments, particularly AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Experience with compliance automation platforms like Drata, Vanta, or Secureframe.

• Familiarity with vendor risk management systems such as OneTrust, ServiceNow, Whistic, UpGuard, or Zip.

• Experience in processing vendor security questionnaires using Excel matrices and cloud portals.

• Ability to interpret corporate security policies, internal control libraries, and technical documentation.

• Strong skills in workload prioritization, task tracking, and communication regarding blockers.

• Excellent attention to detail and adherence to established workflows and data-entry protocols.
