Senior Treasury Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in Global Treasury Operations, encompassing global banking and cash management, forecasting, guarantees, letters of credit, and compliance with debt obligations.

• Execute daily cash management tasks and foster relationships with global banking partners.

• Contribute to the foreign exchange program through internal bank foreign exchange activities.

• Oversee both daily and strategic investment management.

• Facilitate weekly data collection, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and supervise the preparation and dissemination of the 26-week cash flow forecast.

• Handle ABL reporting and aid in the annual ABL audit, along with managing letters of credit, guarantee programs, and refinancing tasks.

• Manage and support the Global Direct to Consumer business, including the setup of new stores and initiatives for DTC growth.

• Assist with month-end and quarter-end accounting and reporting related to treasury transactions.

• Coordinate global banking mandates, ensure KYC compliance, and manage banking documentation across the globe.

• Oversee adherence to global cash management policies, procedures, operational controls, and SOX regulations.

• Collaborate with various departments and international affiliates, providing guidance on banking issues.

• Report directly to the Director of Finance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required (preferably in Finance).

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in treasury operations, specifically in cash management and forecasting.

• Proficient financial analysis capabilities.

• Fundamental accounting knowledge.

• Advanced skills in business applications, including Microsoft Office.

• Experience with SAP or treasury management systems (such as Kyriba) is preferred.

• Background in Payments, AI platforms, or experience in a Marketplace company is advantageous.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States at the time of hire.
