Senior Travel Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Search for and verify travel reservations on behalf of customers.

• Advise customers in accordance with their travel policies.

• Address requests related to DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other essential regulations.

• Offer insights on low fares, exchange fees, and penalties.

• Assess operational processes and business relationships, proposing enhancements.

• Sustain, share, and broaden knowledge of the supported travel sectors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience as a Travel Agent.

• Solid understanding of the travel sector, including policies, procedures, and processes.

• Proficient in GDS Sabre.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Willingness to work during day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts based on business requirements.

• Capability to manage requests regarding DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other necessary regulations.
