Senior Travel Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Search for and confirm travel bookings on behalf of customers.

• Offer consultations aligned with client travel policies.

• Address requests related to DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other essential regulations.

• Provide insights on industry specifics such as low fares, exchange fees, and penalties.

• Assess operational processes and commercial partnerships, proposing enhancements.

• Maintain, communicate, and broaden knowledge of the travel industries supported.

• Respond to inquiries from both existing and prospective clients.

• Serve as the representative of the company in client communications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience as a Travel Agent.

• Solid understanding of the travel industry, including its policies, procedures, and processes.

• Proficient in GDS Sabre.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Background in life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare travel is highly preferred.

• Willingness to adapt to flexible scheduling is essential for this role.
