Senior Travel Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and verify travel bookings for clients

• Advise clients in accordance with their travel policies

• Address inquiries related to DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other essential regulations

• Inform clients about low fare options, exchange fees, and penalties

• Analyze operational procedures and commercial partnerships, recommending enhancements

• Sustain, communicate, and broaden current knowledge of the supported travel sectors

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience as a Travel Agent

• In-depth understanding of the travel industry, including policies, procedures, and workflows

• Proficient in GDS Sabre

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Willingness to adapt to varying work hours, including day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts

• Must be located in the United States for employment
