Performance Pedagogy Consultant – Mid-Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver consulting services to partner schools within the designated portfolio, addressing needs such as engagement with parents and students, alongside training and development programs for educators and school management teams.

• Provide solutions to institutional challenges by leveraging professional expertise and conducting situational analysis, which includes meetings, workshops, training sessions, commercial landscape assessments, and initiatives aimed at enhancing outcomes.

• Focus on strengthening partner retention while identifying opportunities for expanding partnerships.

• Remain consistently informed about the education sector, employment landscape, and technological advancements through ongoing research and study.

• Ensure remote and/or on-site support for portfolio clients by effectively managing schedules and implementing action and service plans.

• Oversee portfolio health metrics, which encompass contract renewal tracking, commercial negotiations, and strategies for cross-selling and upselling.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree.

• Postgraduate degree or MBA is preferred.

• Valid Category B driver's license and a willingness to travel are essential.

• Specialized knowledge of current education legislation is required.

• Expertise in Brazil's New Secondary Education model is necessary.

• Familiarity with Brazil's Common National Curriculum Base (BNCC) is essential.

• Specialized knowledge of the ENEM (Brazilian National High School Exam) is required.

• Understanding of the products available within the education system is necessary.
