This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
β’ Create and provide oncology training for commercial field representatives.
β’ Maintain expertise in disease states, product knowledge, and therapeutic areas.
β’ Design and implement training programs and initiatives with minimal supervision.
β’ Develop and refine curriculum to address the needs of the Commercial organization.
β’ Collaborate with Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Medical, and Regulatory teams to ensure accuracy of medical content and adherence to promotional policies.
β’ Oversee vendors in the development of training content and fulfillment of contract obligations.
β’ Manage projects during the development of training materials.
β’ Conduct training meetings, overseeing planning, logistics, vendor oversight, and participant engagement.
β’ Work alongside Marketing, Precision Medicine, and Commercial Leadership to create training that aligns with brand goals and facilitate the distribution of training resources.
β’ Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver timely, innovative, and relevant training solutions.
β’ Collaborate with external partners and colleagues from partner companies to provide training and synchronize strategies and tactics.
β’ Establish trust and credibility with business partners through consistent interaction.
β’ Assist field sales by participating in sales meetings and regular field visits.
β’ Design and lead training workshops at National Sales and POA Meetings.
β’ Develop and sustain expertise in facilitation skills.
β’ Evaluate organizational training needs for clinical fluency and developmental competencies, providing feedback for innovation.
β’ At least a bachelor's degree.
β’ Preferred 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
β’ Experience in Training, Marketing, or Sales within the pharmaceutical or biotech sectors is preferred.
β’ Knowledge of Medical Oncology and Gynecologic Oncology is preferred.
β’ Experience in creating training tools to bolster clinical acumen is an advantage.
β’ Familiarity with adult learning principles, training design concepts, and various platforms is a plus.
β’ Excellent collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
β’ High level of professionalism and the ability to thrive in a complex, cross-functional environment.
β’ Ability to navigate an unstructured work environment.

β’ Familiarity with AI and innovative technology platforms, including iPads, and software such as MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerAutomate is highly desirable.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
