Training, Onboarding, L&D Evaluator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Review and evaluate AI-generated outputs, such as documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.

• Assess AI-produced artifacts against industry-specific quality standards.

• Rate outputs for precision, thoroughness, and domain-specific excellence.

• Detect factual, aesthetic, and presentation-related inaccuracies.

• Deliver concise, well-structured written feedback.

• Engage in projects aimed at training and improving AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of applicable professional experience in Training, onboarding, or Learning & Development.

• Native or professional proficiency in English.

• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly Google Slides and PowerPoint.

• An advanced degree (Master's or higher) from a recognized institution is preferred.

• Capable of working as an independent contractor.

• H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not eligible.
