Senior Trainer – Continuous Education

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Assess data on training effectiveness and performance metrics to uncover opportunities for ongoing enhancement.

• Create and sustain learning dashboards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and success metrics that align with organizational objectives.

• Analyze business processes, identify employee skill gaps, and observe operational trends to propose learning interventions.

• Utilize continuous improvement methodologies to enhance training programs, workflows, and knowledge management practices.

• Oversee corrective and preventive measures related to the effectiveness of training and the development of competencies.

• Promote standardization and best practices across Global Project Management training initiatives.

• Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of learning programs using learner feedback, knowledge assessments, behavioral adoption, operational metrics, and stakeholder satisfaction.

• Suggest enhancements based on training performance analytics and organizational requirements.

• Act as a training functional advisor on process excellence and/or functional projects that influence Global Project Management.

• Design, organize, create, deliver, and maintain onboarding training plans and materials.

• Design, organize, create, deliver, and maintain training plans and materials for strategic project change management.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• A minimum of 2 years of successful experience within a Labcorp CLS functional team.

• At least 3 years of experience in supporting business process improvement, change management, or organizational development initiatives.

• Proficiency in English.

• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement.

• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

• PMP, CAPM, or project management training.

• Certification in Change Management.

• Experience with managing learning management systems (LMS).

• Background in training and coaching education (Remote and Adult Learning).

• Willingness to travel up to 5% of the time.
