Senior Trainer – Continuous Education

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Assess training effectiveness data and performance metrics to uncover opportunities for ongoing enhancement.

• Create and sustain learning dashboards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and success metrics that align with organizational objectives.

• Analyze business processes, identify employee capability gaps, and study operational trends to propose learning interventions.

• Utilize continuous improvement methodologies to refine training programs, workflows, and knowledge management practices.

• Oversee corrective and preventive measures related to training effectiveness and competency development.

• Promote standardization and best practices across Global Project Management training initiatives.

• Evaluate and report the effectiveness of learning programs through learner feedback, knowledge assessments, behavioral adoption, operational metrics, and stakeholder satisfaction.

• Suggest enhancements based on training performance data and the needs of the organization.

• Act as a training functional advisor on process excellence and/or functional projects that impact Global Project Management.

• Design, organize, create, deliver, and maintain onboarding training plans and materials, ensuring backup coverage as required.

• Design, organize, create, deliver, and maintain training plans and materials for strategic change management projects, ensuring backup coverage as required.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• A minimum of 2 years of successful Labcorp CLS functional team experience.

• At least 3 years of experience in supporting business process improvement, change management, or organizational development initiatives.

• Proficiency in English.

• Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement certification.

• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

• PMP, CAPM, or project management training.

• Change Management certification.

• Experience managing learning management systems (LMS).

• Education in training and coaching (Remote and Adult Learning).

• Willingness to travel up to 5% of the time.
