Senior Title Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Act as a primary contact for the search product and offer subject matter expertise to address escalated issues related to search discrepancies.

• Investigate property details and seek back title on orders to ensure accuracy.

• Collaborate with clients and searchers to resolve discrepancies.

• Keep all relevant parties updated on the status of title orders and any arising issues.

• Engage in business development initiatives to sustain existing client relationships and attract new clients.

• Communicate with vendors to guarantee the timely completion of searches.

• Elevate overdue search requests and tackle issues concerning completed searches.

• Maintain updated systems.

• Support the offshore team by addressing inquiries and resolving escalated matters.

• Utilize company operating systems to organize and manage workflows, produce outputs, and respond to customer inquiries.

• Oversee title search orders throughout the production process and coordinate with internal teams, searchers, and partners.

• Proficient in MS Office applications.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Capability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Strong customer service orientation.

• Ability to analyze, compare, interpret, and process data.

• Skillful at multitasking and conducting thorough and precise document reviews.

• In-depth knowledge of company and/or client operating systems.

• High School diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Over 4 years of experience in an escrow/title or curative lender role.

• Experience with HUD or closing processes is advantageous.

• Some college education is preferred.
