This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee timesheet submissions to guarantee prompt approval and processing.
β’ Provide assistance to employees regarding timesheet inquiries and sensitive hour-recording matters.
β’ Execute timecard corrections and manage a high volume of timesheet adjustments.
β’ Update and maintain approver groups within the system.
β’ Aid in correcting paper timesheets.
β’ Monitor and report discrepancies in timesheets, offering recommendations for resolution.
β’ Analyze pay data and address any pay-related inquiries.
β’ Investigate errors, determine root causes, and facilitate resolutions.
β’ Track final timesheets for non-immediate terminations, collaborating with HR and approvers.
β’ Supply timesheets to Human Resources and Legal as required.
β’ Assist customers in problem resolution and properly route or escalate issues as needed.
β’ Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
β’ Maintain process documentation and suggest updates to procedures.
β’ Ensure accurate recording, documentation, and closure of cases.
β’ Contribute to special projects and undertake other assigned responsibilities.
β’ High school diploma along with 4 to 5 years of experience in timesheet administration or time-charging.
β’ Previous experience in a government contracting setting.
β’ Comprehensive knowledge of time-charging policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and federal labor regulations.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
β’ Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills.
β’ Willingness to work overtime as required for special projects.
β’ Proficiency in standard business tools, including Microsoft Office.
β’ Excellent organizational capabilities, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
β’ Self-motivated individual who takes initiative and independently seeks solutions.
β’ Detail-oriented and analytical, with a knack for investigating errors and tracing them to their origins for resolution.
β’ Good judgment in determining when to directly address an issue and when to escalate it.
β’ Strong ownership of tasks and effective project management skills.
β’ Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and simplify complex information into actionable updates.
β’ Understanding of end-to-end process flows and root cause analysis.
β’ Experience with Deltek Time & Expense (T&E) is preferred.
