This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +2 more states.
• Promote the approved applications of BMS products within a specified territory or region to achieve or surpass assigned sales objectives while adhering to compliance.
• Generate demand for BMS medications by articulating the clinical and scientific justification for their use in suitable patients.
• Maintain and enhance scientific knowledge in assigned products and therapeutic domains.
• Develop and execute detailed territory and account strategies.
• Utilize CE^3 and other resources to extract insights and adaptively inform call strategies.
• Present approved scientific data to healthcare providers while ensuring medical accuracy.
• Conduct in-office presentations, including lunch-and-learn sessions.
• Organize external speaker programs, encompassing speaker selection, scheduling, and logistical arrangements.
• Keep up-to-date with emerging data relevant to approved indications.
• Engage Medical on Call for unsolicited inquiries and complex technical questions.
• Partner with other field teams to deliver an exceptional Customer Experience.
• Collect and communicate customer insights internally with the appropriate stakeholders.
• Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and BMS policies.
• Dedicate 100% of time to fieldwork with external customers.
• Advanced scientific degree and/or over 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, including roles such as healthcare sales, MSL, HCP, or nursing.
• Capability to convey scientific or clinical information accurately and persuasively to physicians.
• Proven experience in establishing and maintaining credibility with key customers, office personnel, and customer influence networks.
• Experience in Hematology/Oncology is essential.
• Strong skills in account management.
• Excellent selling skills and a demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to work effectively across various functions.
• Proven promotional skills illustrated through performance.
• Strong business acumen to comprehend and evaluate business and market dynamics.
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in analyzing prescribing trends, market dynamics, HCP preferences, and clinical data.
• Ability to segment HCPs based on preferences and significant factors.
• Competence in utilizing CE^3 and other software or CRM tools.
• Ability to effectively use Medical on Call technology.
• Capability to operate a company-provided vehicle.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Possession of a valid driver's license in good standing issued by the state of residence.
• Driving risk level must be considered acceptable by the Company.
