Senior Tester – Test Automation, Data Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, implement, and manage automated testing scripts for data analytics tools and technologies.

• Establish automated testing methodologies for Python notebooks, SQL scripts, BusinessObjects reports, and AI-driven applications.

• Conduct automated data validation, regression testing, and defect analysis.

• Work collaboratively with developers and data analysts to address testing challenges and enhance test coverage.

• Recognize opportunities to automate repetitive testing processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• At least 6 years of experience in software testing, test automation, data validation, or related technical quality assurance roles.

• Proven experience in developing, executing, and maintaining automated test scripts.

• Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages for the purpose of test automation.

• Strong SQL capabilities, including experience in validating queries, data transformations, and analytical outputs.

• Experience in creating automated regression tests and troubleshooting test failures.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.

• Experience in automating tests for Python notebooks, SQL scripts, BusinessObjects reports, or AI chatbots/assistants.

• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks such as pytest or similar tools.

• Knowledge of Databricks, Snowflake, or comparable enterprise data environments.

• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, or federal healthcare data analytics programs.
