Senior Test Engineer, Insurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Implement and execute tests across all planned levels, documenting results and noting any deviations from expected outcomes.

• Utilize tools for test administration, monitoring, and management.

• Create, validate, and update test documentation, which includes test cases and test plans.

• Review, analyze, and evaluate project requirements and specifications to transform them into artifacts for the quality control process.

• Assess test artifacts developed by other team members.

• Prepare and gather necessary test data.

• Contribute to the overall quality assurance process of the project.

• Analyze, enhance, or establish the testing process for the project.

• Evaluate coverage for the project's testing foundation.

• Define relevant metrics for the project.

• Prioritize and estimate the testing efforts required.

• Establish processes for handling defects and test cases.

• Determine the necessary testware and environment for the project.

• Mentor and educate other test engineers.

• Measure the performance of components and systems where applicable.

• Automate testing when possible, with support from a test automation expert.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Manual Testing.

• Hands-on experience in manual testing for both web and mobile applications.

• Practical experience with AI/LLM tools within testing and QA workflows.

• Upper-Intermediate proficiency in English.

• Must reside in Poland or Western Ukraine.
