QA Automation Specialist – Retail

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and enhance test automation processes to ensure ongoing quality across various projects.

• Create and sustain automation for web applications, APIs, and mobile platforms.

• Collaborate across multiple business units, assisting various projects and aiding in the standardization of automation practices.

• Proactively recognize quality risks from the initial stages of development.

• Foster an automation culture within teams, emphasizing future scalability.

• Incorporate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to facilitate safer and more efficient release processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in test automation for web, APIs, and mobile platforms.

• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.

• Familiarity with Playwright, Appium, and Selenium.

• Experience in automating APIs using REST Assured.

• Practical experience in mobile automation with WebdriverIO and Appium.

• Understanding of Oracle Database and MongoDB.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines utilizing Jenkins and GitLab.

• Ability to adapt to various contexts and projects based on business requirements.

• Nice to have: knowledge of Claude Code.

• Nice to have: experience with AI agents in the context of quality assurance.
