Senior QA Automation Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Establish automation strategies that align with business goals

• Develop automated tests to verify various scenarios and construct automation frameworks from scratch

• Perform both automated and manual testing, covering functional, exploratory, and regression testing

• Incorporate automation into CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based environments

• Evaluate risks, detect defects, and suggest ongoing enhancements to QA processes

• Leverage identified defects, including those discovered in production, to broaden regression and automated test coverage

• Plan, design, and implement automated tests, ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of solutions

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with Java, Python, Selenium, Appium, or similar technologies

• Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD (Jenkins, CircleCI), Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible

• Background in performance, security, and usability testing

• Proven experience in creating automation for various business scenarios

• Strong proficiency in manual testing

• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools used in test automation

• Knowledge of Porto Seguro tools and processes is a plus

• Ability to act as a technical QA reference

• Participate in the strategy and development/evolution of frameworks

• Preferred: Knowledge in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning as applied to testing

• Preferred: ISTQB, CSTE, or similar certifications

• Preferred: Experience with microservices, distributed architectures, serverless, and cloud-native environments

• Preferred: Experience establishing test automation in environments lacking prior automation
