Senior Test Automation Engineer – Mobile & Web

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the testing strategy, automation, and release validation for native iOS/Android applications and the web portal.

• Create and sustain functional, regression, and end-to-end automated testing.

• Assess authentication, session management, and secure data handling.

• Test location functionalities and push notifications on actual devices.

• Incorporate automated tests and quality gates into CI/CD pipelines.

• Examine production issues, validate hotfixes, and enhance regression coverage.

• Collaborate on requirements, test planning, and estimation processes.

• Confirm compatibility, accessibility, and multilingual support across various platforms.

• Validate application data in response to backend modifications and migrations.

• Monitor defects, coverage, and quality metrics, while maintaining testing documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in test automation for native iOS and Android applications and web portals.

• Demonstrated capability to design and sustain automation frameworks, manage test suites, and ensure release quality.

• Proficient in functional, regression, API, and end-to-end testing.

• Experience in testing responsive interfaces, cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and localization.

• Skilled in validating location services, push notifications, authentication, and session management.

• Practical experience in integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

• Background in supporting production applications, investigating defects, and conducting root cause analysis.

• Ability to collaborate closely with developers and architects to enhance quality and testability.

• Familiarity with Scrum, Jira, and Confluence.

• Strong attention to detail, effective communication, and problem-solving skills, with a dedication to continuous learning.

• Experience in validating backend data corrections and migrations using queries or scripts.

• Proficient in English at C1 level, as it is the working language with the client.
