This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Achieve or surpass quarterly sales targets for UroLift System and Barrigel Rectal Spacer products.
• Formulate monthly and quarterly plans for the territory.
• Deliver precise monthly sales forecasts.
• Articulate product value propositions to clients.
• Identify, train, and nurture accounts to facilitate product integration into urology practices.
• Observe market trends and suggest enhancements to commercial processes.
• Work in tandem with Professional Education teams to provide clinical training for physicians.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and opinion leaders.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers, Sales, and Marketing teams to focus on strategic customers.
• Team up with Customer Service teams to surpass customer expectations.
• Complete necessary sales reporting in partnership with Regional Sales Managers and Finance teams.
• Address product complaints and safety concerns as needed.
• Follow organizational policies, Good Manufacturing Practices, and FDA regulations.
• Uphold a professional demeanor with physicians, consultants, suppliers, and colleagues.
• Manage travel and expenses within the allocated budget.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 4-5 years of relevant experience in the medical device sector.
• Strong familiarity with urology products and procedures.
• Operating room experience is crucial.
• Proven ability to consistently exceed revenue goals.
• A solid history of launching new and innovative technologies in the urology sector is preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in negotiation.
• Capability to adjust to changing work priorities.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to travel around 50%-60% of the time.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Capacity to manage overnight travel as necessary.
• Ability to obtain and maintain credentials to work in hospitals and medical facilities.
