This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Achieve revenue and EBITDA objectives by increasing market share within both current and prospective customer accounts.
• Formulate and execute strategic initiatives to broaden product and service utilization within designated territory and accounts.
• Oversee sales accounts by focusing on high-impact objectives, needs, and sales opportunities.
• Set long-term, annual, and quarterly goals for the territory.
• Allocate time and resources effectively to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
• Utilize CRM systems to manage the sales territory and fulfill sales goals.
• Identify, assess, and secure business opportunities within the expanded territory.
• Evaluate and approach the territory to enhance and implement sales strategies.
• Handle customer commitments, resolve issues, and surpass customer expectations.
• Administer internal sales operations in collaboration with Sales Specialists, Operations Counterparts, and Corporate Resources.
• Conduct business reviews with customers.
• Frequently visit client sites and nurture external customer relationships.
• Articulate the benefits of solutions, products, and services in relation to customer needs and business challenges.
• Demonstrate how the Equipment Value Management framework enhances hospital equipment workflows, quality, costs, and patient experiences.
• Keep updated on Agiliti service offerings and sales training.
• Mentor colleagues and lead training sessions by sharing best practices and successful strategies.
• Provide guidance and support to less experienced Territory Executives.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or marketing.
• At least 7 years of experience in healthcare sales or a related field required.
• Essential experience working with healthcare systems and Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs).
• Demonstrated success in a collaborative selling environment.
• Prior experience in selling services is preferred.
• Availability to travel up to 50% is required.
• Must possess a current, valid, and unrestricted driver’s license.
• Maintains a safe driving record in accordance with Agiliti policies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Knowledge of clinical equipment utilized in hospital settings.
• Understanding of hospital finance, reimbursement, regulatory, and safety protocols.
• Ability to professionally present and articulate services using the Challenger Sales methodology.
• Knowledge of Sales Incentive Plans, budgets, and District Profit & Loss statements.
