This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +4 more locations.
• Develop and implement business plans for the territory covering Eastern North Dakota, Northwest Minnesota, and Northeast South Dakota.
• Propel sales growth, enhance market penetration, increase product adoption, and expand market share.
• Cultivate relationships with veterinarians, producers, distribution partners, nutritionists, and industry influencers.
• Identify opportunities within the territory, analyze market dynamics, and assess competitive threats.
• Generate demand and promote product utilization through customer engagement, educational initiatives, and field events.
• Collaborate with distribution teams, National Account Managers, Corporate Account Teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide consultative solutions that enhance customer outcomes and further business objectives.
• Advocate for the complete Animal Health portfolio and drive customer adoption across various product categories.
• Evaluate territory performance, sales trends, competitive activities, and market conditions.
• Optimize territory resources and investment opportunities to maximize market share and return on investment.
• Oversee territory expenses and resources effectively.
• Relay customer insights, industry trends, and market intelligence to leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Field Technical Services to deliver educational, technical, and value-added initiatives.
• Maintain a strong understanding of animal health products, industry trends, production practices, and competitive landscape.
• Share successful territory strategies and best practices with regional colleagues.
• Commit to professional development and achieve set development objectives.
• High school diploma is mandatory.
• Five years of relevant experience in sales, livestock production, animal health, agriculture, or territory management with a bachelor's degree; or ten years of relevant experience without a bachelor's degree.
• Familiarity with the beef and dairy industries, including Cow/Calf, Feedlot, and Dairy production systems.
• Demonstrated capability to develop and implement territory business plans.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficient in influencing veterinarians, producers, nutritionists, and distribution partners.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and business analytics effectively.
• Adaptability to evolving market conditions and priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Competent in utilizing mobile technologies and business systems.
• Capacity to work independently while collaborating within a team environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including overnight stays and occasional weekend activities.
• A valid driving license is required.

• Proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not essential.
