Senior Technology Leadership

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Work in collaboration with the Lead to deliver both operational and strategic support for the Application Operations Center and Post Production Validation teams.

• Identify, assess, and implement automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and minimize manual tasks.

• Suggest and implement advanced tools and methodologies for application operations and validation.

• Analyze workflows while creating standard operating procedures and documentation of best practices.

• Supervise daily application support and monitoring to guarantee system stability, performance, and reliability.

• Coordinate task execution with both onshore and offshore teams.

• Create and maintain KPI dashboards and reports for leadership review.

• Ensure that automation and process enhancements adhere to organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

• Promote knowledge sharing, training, and change management initiatives.

• Collect stakeholder requirements, comprehend challenges, and communicate updates on automation projects.

• Assist in developing testing strategies that align with Humana's Quality Enablement and Test Strategy guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification.

• Over 5 years of experience in engineering, systems engineering, or related technical roles.

• More than 5 years of technical proficiency in Dynatrace, Thousand Eyes, Splunk, and other monitoring tools.

• At least 5 years of experience in Java and Python programming.

• Practical experience with automation, scripting, and workflow orchestration.

• Familiarity with intelligent automation tools, including RPA, process automation, Azure AI, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot.

• Experience utilizing AI-assisted development tools.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across various levels of personnel.

• Proficiency in unit testing and mocking techniques.

• A strong desire to enhance consumer experiences.

• Capability to develop and maintain testing strategies consistent with Humana's Quality Enablement and Test Strategy guidelines.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on detail and accuracy.

• Access to home internet service with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed for remote or hybrid employees.
