Senior Techno-Functional Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Facilitate requirement discovery workshops and engage in business process discussions with clients.

• Develop comprehensive business solutions utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

• Suggest best practices and industry-specific solutions that align with client needs.

• Create solution architecture documents, process diagrams, and implementation strategies.

• Offer functional and technical support to delivery teams.

• Comprehend integration needs and recommend appropriate architectures.

• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, automation, APIs, and data migration plans.

• Provide insights on Microsoft ecosystem solutions and extensions.

• Assist in solution reviews and participate in technical discussions with clients.

• Serve as the primary solution advisor throughout client engagements.

• Interact with senior stakeholders and business users.

• Convert business requirements into actionable system solutions.

• Offer strategic advice for digital transformation projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–15 years of relevant experience.

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

• Background in solution design and business consulting.

• Experience in customer-facing roles.

• Knowledge of business processes in Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Operations.

• Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and automation concepts.

• Outstanding presentation and communication abilities.

• Experience in conducting workshops and demonstrating solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
