Senior Technical Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs concentrating on manufacturing excellence, continuous improvement, leadership development, and building operational capabilities.

• Facilitate and coach the application of Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, DMAIC, DOE, root cause analysis, project management, and methodologies related to operational excellence.

• Lead train-the-trainer initiatives to enhance facilitation skills and ensure uniform training delivery across various sites.

• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Engineering, EHS, HR/Learning & Development, and site leadership to align learning strategies with business objectives and workforce development requirements.

• Mentor project teams, leaders, and continuous improvement practitioners to convert learning into measurable business outcomes and lasting results.

• Assess and improve training effectiveness through feedback, capability evaluations, performance metrics, and practices focused on continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Training & Development, or a related technical field.

• An advanced degree is preferred.

• Proven experience in technical training, continuous improvement, operational excellence, leadership development, or enhancing manufacturing capabilities within industrial, chemical, process, or life sciences sectors.

• Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies, statistical analysis, problem-solving techniques, and process improvement tools.

• Demonstrated ability to facilitate training sessions, coach diverse groups, and simplify complex technical concepts for practical workplace application.

• Experience in developing or delivering train-the-trainer programs and supporting certification pathways is highly valued.

• Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, collaboration, and influencing skills across all levels of the organization.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is preferred.

• Additional certifications in training, facilitation, or project management are considered a plus.
