This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +6 more countries.
• Take ownership of and consistently enhance the IFS Cloud environment and release management processes.
• Develop and implement best practices for environment management, which include refresh schedules, test data, and usage of environments.
• Keep up-to-date inventories of environments, interface mappings, configuration baselines, and platform documentation.
• Ensure consistency between Build-place and Use-place environments.
• Manage deployments that encompass IFS Cloud service updates, patches, hotfixes, configurations, reports, integrations, and modifications.
• Establish and uphold standards for release governance, version control, and change management.
• Monitor release performance to enhance deployment success, release quality, and reduce change failure rates.
• Define and execute best practices for data migration and bulk data uploads.
• Lead activities related to data migration and data cleansing, including validation, reconciliation, and testing.
• Maintain documentation for migration, error logs, reconciliation reports, and audit trails.
• Promote standardization of platform nomenclature and coordinate data remediation efforts.
• Define and oversee Synchronization Rules, Permission Set Filters, Entity Filters, and MWO Entities.
• Create guidelines and processes for managing failed transactions.
• Develop and support PSO integrations.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure effective technical delivery with suitable governance and risk management.
• Coordinate various streams of change, along with their priorities, dependencies, and delivery risks.
• Identify areas for improvement within IFS Cloud processes, standards, and governance.
• Translate intricate technical subjects into clear, actionable information for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• 3–5 years of practical experience in implementing and supporting IFS Cloud, MWO, and PSO.
• Strong technical expertise in IFS Cloud and enterprise application environments, particularly in environment management, configuration, and integration dependencies.
• In-depth knowledge of data migration methodologies and tools.
• Solid understanding of release and change management processes.
• Proficient in SQL/PLSQL, REST/OData APIs, and IFS Connect.
• Strong grasp of ITIL processes, especially Change, Release, Incident, and Problem Management.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or comparable release/work management tools.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in complex, multinational organizations.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication abilities and capacity to engage with technical and business stakeholders.
• Comfortable managing multiple streams of change at once.
• Analytical, proactive, and risk-aware, with a keen focus on identifying and addressing potential issues before they escalate.
• Genuine enthusiasm for continuous improvement and technological advancement.
