Senior Technical Sourcer – Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and execute strategic sourcing initiatives specifically crafted for engineering positions.

• Develop and enhance outreach programs in alignment with TRM Labs' leadership principles.

• Perform high-volume, targeted outreach to prospective candidates on a weekly basis.

• Maintain a response conversion rate exceeding 20%.

• Compose personalized messages to engage passive candidates and establish a strong candidate pipeline.

• Work closely with hiring managers and the talent acquisition team on sourcing progress and market insights.

• Deliver data-driven insights and actionable feedback to enhance search strategies.

• Quickly adapt to new roles and learn specific terminology, skills, and team requirements.

• Prepare a Total Addressable Market overview and develop 5–10 sample profiles within 72 hours of receiving a position.

• Adjust search criteria within 48 hours based on initial candidate feedback.

• Create A/B outreach messaging within 24 hours after refining search criteria.

• Aim to source 100 candidates in the first week.

• Identify five TRM team members with relevant networks and arrange sourcing sessions for referrals.

• Analyze sourcing data two weeks after initial outreach and continuously refine the strategy until the position is filled.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of technical sourcing experience specifically targeting senior engineering talent.

• Demonstrated success in sourcing challenging positions.

• Proficiency in utilizing sourcing tools, conducting market research, and developing tailored outreach strategies.

• Capability to analyze sourcing metrics, conversion rates, and market data effectively.

• Ability to swiftly become acquainted with new roles and requirements.

• Outstanding communication skills for collaboration with hiring managers and managing expectations.

• Strong persistence and a results-oriented approach.

• Capacity to maintain at least a 4-hour overlap with PST business hours.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a fully remote environment within the past 5 years.

• Currently residing in and planning to work remotely from Brazil.

• Understanding and acceptance of the 1099 independent contractor classification.

• Proficiency in AI tools to enhance workflows, structure and solve problems, improve output quality, and increase efficiency and leverage.
