This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of cross-call-order visibility across four active CMM call orders.
• Maintain an integrated perspective on scheduling, risks, dependencies, and delivery progress.
• Recognize cross-program risks and inter-team dependencies, facilitating their resolution.
• Conduct program-level status assessments and governance activities.
• Manage PI planning preparedness, monitor sprint health, track milestones, and produce executive reports.
• Establish the operational rhythm for four concurrent workstreams.
• Ensure alignment with contractual obligations and identify gaps before they escalate into issues.
• Oversee stakeholder communications, acting as the main program liaison for internal leadership.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders to translate technical execution status into business implications.
• Coordinate efforts across GDIT delivery teams, cloud/DevSecOps contractors, and advisory contractors.
• Monitor dependencies and facilitate handoffs among vendors and teams.
• Assist in capture and option year planning activities.
• Provide data on execution and maintain visibility into program health.
• Occasionally travel to Washington, D.C. or other AOUSC/GDIT locations for PI planning events, program reviews, or stakeholder meetings.
• Over 10 years of experience in technical program management.
• At least 5 years of experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams or contracts.
• Experience in government contracting or in heavily regulated environments.
• Familiarity with PWS/SOW obligations, CDRLs, option year mechanics, and performance standards in contracts.
• Practical experience in risk and dependency management.
• Experience working in multi-vendor delivery settings.
• Proficient in Agile/SAFe delivery frameworks at scale, including PI planning, sprint cadences, and cross-team synchronization across 5 or more teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills suitable for executive audiences.
• Capability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Ability to secure and maintain a Public Trust determination.
• Compliance with JISF and FedRAMP High requirements.
• Preferred: experience working with Judiciary, DOJ, or court administration programs.
• Preferred: knowledge of cloud-native modernization initiatives, legacy-to-cloud migrations, microservices, and API-first architectures.
• Preferred: PMP, PgMP, SAFe SPC, or similar certifications.
• Preferred: experience with JIRA, GitLab, or comparable delivery management tools at the portfolio level.
• Preferred: experience in case management, document management, or records management systems.
• US citizenship is not a requirement.
