Senior Technical Solutions Consultant – Mid-Market, Enterprise

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the Technical Closer and Strategic Co-Pilot for 15Five's revenue team within the Mid-Market and Enterprise sectors.

• Collaborate with Account Executives throughout the sales process to enhance deal strategies.

• Ensure that demonstrations are tailored to address the specific pain points of prospects while challenging insufficient preparation.

• Manage expectations, find solutions to challenges, and eliminate technical obstacles to successfully close deals.

• Conduct high-stakes, segment-specific demonstrations that include edge cases, customized workflows, and configurations at a global scale.

• Design, scope, and develop API/SFTP integrations within HRIS ecosystems.

• Configure customized Proofs of Concept and environments for prospects.

• Navigate through security questionnaires and enterprise procurement procedures.

• Create micro-demos and detailed sales-enablement materials.

• Supply market insights to the Product team and influence the roadmap by documenting product gaps and integration blockers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A desire or experience in developing products or API integrations.

• Proven ability to work with APIs, SFTP, SSO, and data migration processes.

• Proficiency in using tools like Postman to validate workflows.

• Understanding of deal velocity and urgency within Mid-Market and Enterprise segments.

• Ability to communicate effectively with HR buyers and translate their needs for IT buyers.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and adjusting during live demonstrations.

• Experience or familiarity with Workday, ADP, UKG, or similar HRIS platforms.

• Knowledge of security questionnaires and enterprise-level procurement processes, including GDPR, SOC2, and PII.

• Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Slack, Loom, Vidyard, Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor.
