Senior Technical Solutions Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assist in the deployment, integration, and adoption of Regology.

• Act as a customer-facing subject matter expert and Project Manager for Regology implementations.

• Serve as the expert for Regology integrations with enterprise systems.

• Provide training and support to customers on the use and adoption of Regology.

• Facilitate technical discussions regarding APIs, enterprise integrations, AI, RAG, and MCP.

• Collect and convert customer technical requirements for the product and engineering teams.

• Coordinate project activities within the defined delivery framework.

• Assist with API buildouts, integration troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to address integration-related challenges.

• Offer technical support during customer and sales discussions.

• Manage around 75% of Regology-related tasks and 25% of API, product, troubleshooting, and sales efforts.


⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 7 years of experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering, technical project management, enterprise integrations, or similar positions.

• Strong technical expertise in APIs and integration technologies with enterprise systems.

• Moderate knowledge of AI technologies and integrations, including RAG and MCP.

• Capability to explain technical and AI concepts to customers, troubleshoot issues, and translate requirements for product and engineering teams.

• Experience working directly with clients in a consulting, professional services, or enterprise technology setting.

• Experience in coordinating technical implementations, integrations, or software deployments.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.

• Ability to quickly learn and adapt across various technologies, platforms, and tools.

• Must be authorized to travel to the United States.

• Current residence in Canada and legally permitted to work in Canada is required.

• Subject to criminal, educational, and employment history background checks.

• Prior programming experience with Python, Ruby, or similar technologies is an asset.
