Senior Technical Recruiter, Hardware

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Identify and attract exceptional talent for AeroVect within a competitive landscape.

• Collaborate closely with the founders, engineering leaders, and principal recruiter at AeroVect to comprehend hiring goals and synchronize sourcing strategies.

• Continuously build a robust pipeline of high-caliber candidates.

• Play a key role in providing a comprehensive and positive candidate experience.

• Employ creative sourcing methods to draw in top-tier talent, utilizing networking, events, and marketing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on sourcing and innovative talent attraction strategies.

• Demonstrated success in sourcing and recruiting technical hardware professionals.

• Preferred: Experience in recruiting for robotics and/or autonomous technology.

• Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar systems.

• Experience in rapidly growing and scaling start-up environments.
