Senior Technical Recruiter – Contractor

📋 Description

• Lead the complete recruitment process for high-impact technical positions, particularly in software engineering and platform development.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop strategic hiring plans informed by talent insights and market trends.

• Provide an exceptional candidate experience that is authentic, transparent, and aligned with the company's mission.

• Actively build talent pipelines targeting hard-to-find, highly skilled candidates in competitive markets.

• Leverage recruiting data and funnel metrics to enhance process efficiency and facilitate discussions with stakeholders.

• Advocate for inclusive hiring practices and contribute to the formation of diverse, high-performing teams across the Playlist ecosystem.

• Represent Playlist at industry events and recruitment touchpoints as an ambassador for the technology organization.

• Work collaboratively with People & Culture to ensure hiring objectives align with company-wide goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting, particularly in software or product-focused settings.

• Familiarity with technical concepts such as programming languages, system architecture, and contemporary development workflows.

• Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring for challenging roles within fast-paced tech organizations.

• Proficient in utilizing applicant tracking systems, especially Greenhouse, and translating data into actionable insights.

• Capable of balancing strategic hiring objectives with an outstanding candidate experience.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to guide and influence thoughtfully.

• A strong commitment to building diverse teams and promoting equity throughout the entire hiring process.

• Comfortable working across different time zones and adaptable to changing priorities.
