Senior Technical Recruiter – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete recruitment process for insurance and engineering positions, placing additional focus on engineering as required.

• Adjust recruitment efforts as priorities evolve and essential roles are modified.

• Conduct weekly meetings with hiring managers, establish agendas, align priorities, and ensure recruitment processes remain on schedule.

• Oversee active candidate pipelines and guide candidates through each phase.

• Identify top talent at the beginning of the recruitment process using LinkedIn Recruiter, modifying sourcing intensity based on the health of the pipeline.

• Perform initial screenings of candidates and provide constructive feedback.

• Progress qualified candidates to the hiring manager's screening stage.

• Collaborate with the recruiting coordinator for interview scheduling.

• Work effectively across ET, CT, MT, and PT time zones.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience from the initial interaction through to the job offer.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experienced full-cycle contract recruiter skilled in conducting intake, sourcing, screening, and managing pipelines.

• Background in recruiting for a U.S.-based, fast-paced startup or high-growth organization.

• Proven experience in recruiting for a diverse range of engineering roles.

• Capable of independently managing searches and leading the recruitment process.

• Adaptable and flexible in response to changing priorities.

• Proactive with high-volume sourcing experience.

• Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other contemporary sourcing tools.

• Strong communication abilities and effective partnership skills with hiring managers.

• Capable of handling multiple open positions across different functions and priorities.

• Available for up to 40 hours a week.

• Able to work across ET, CT, MT, and PT time zones.

• Experience in insurtech, commercial insurance, or other regulated sectors is a plus.
