Senior Technical Recruiter – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Establish a fast-paced recruiting engine to discover and attract top-tier talent.

• Oversee the complete recruiting lifecycle across diverse roles and teams.

• Foster positive candidate experiences at every interaction point.

• Formulate innovative sourcing strategies to build a diverse and exceptional team.

• Continuously enhance recruiting processes and improve hiring efficiency.

• Organize intake meetings, open positions in the ATS, post job descriptions, design interview procedures, and set up interview plans within 72 hours.

• Perform 5–10 recruiter screenings and conduct an initial hiring-team calibration sync during the first week of position opening.

• Evaluate pass rates, conversion metrics, and market data two weeks post-initial interviews; provide recommendations and refine the search process.

• Act as the accountable individual for assigned positions.

• Secure 2–3 hires within the first 90 days.

• Collaborate asynchronously via Slack, documentation, proactive updates, and regular hiring and sourcing syncs.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 5 years of recruiting experience in high-growth tech startups based in the US.

• Demonstrated success in filling challenging roles.

• Proficient in using sourcing tools, conducting market analysis, and crafting personalized outreach strategies.

• Ability to interpret recruiting metrics, conversion rates, and market data effectively.

• Quick adaptability to new roles and their requirements.

• Outstanding communication skills for engaging with hiring managers, delivering updates, and managing expectations.

• Strong determination and results-driven mindset.

• Capability to work with at least 4 hours of overlap with PST business hours.

• Willingness to commit to a full-time, 40-hour-per-week engagement for a 6-month 1099 contract.

• Legally permitted to work in the current country of employment.
