Senior Technical Recruiter – AI, Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruiting process for a variety of roles, starting from intake and sourcing strategies to offer acceptance, closure, and onboarding transition.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to define role specifications, align talent profiles, and create effective hiring strategies.

• Design sourcing strategies aimed at both active and passive candidates across local, regional, and global talent markets.

• Manage job requisitions while ensuring a balance between speed, quality, candidate experience, and accountability of the hiring team.

• Utilize recruiting data, market insights, and funnel metrics to spot potential risks and provide guidance to leaders on hiring compromises.

• Foster relationships with candidates and represent ABC’s culture, mission, and opportunities effectively.

• Promote structured, inclusive interview practices and ensure fair, consistent, and well-documented hiring decisions.

• Participate in talent acquisition initiatives, process enhancements, employer branding efforts, and recruiting programs.

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders across various time zones.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting roles in corporate, technology, product, commercial, or global businesses.

• Proven experience in directly partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, establish essential criteria, and manage hiring workflows.

• Strong sourcing skills, including proficiency in Boolean search, LinkedIn sourcing, talent mapping, outreach, and pipeline development.

• Capability to manage multiple job requisitions and priorities while maintaining high-quality follow-up and attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and assist candidates in decision-making processes.

• Sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism when dealing with confidential hiring, compensation, and candidate information.

• Comfort in working within a distributed, global environment with stakeholders across different locations and time zones.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, recruiting workflows, and candidate relationship management practices.

• Experience with Workday or similar enterprise HR/recruiting systems is advantageous.

• Background in recruiting for SaaS, technology, fitness, payments, product, engineering, data, or AI-enabled sectors is a plus.

• Experience with recruitment in Poland or broader European talent markets is beneficial.

• Willingness to accommodate occasional early or late meetings may be required.
