Senior Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete delivery of enterprise technology and cloud implementation projects.

• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, key milestones, risks, and dependencies.

• Act as the main client-facing project leader, fostering strong relationships with both business and technical stakeholders.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, consultants, developers, integration teams, quality assurance, and offshore/global resources.

• Facilitate project status meetings, provide executive updates, lead steering committees, and ensure adherence to project governance.

• Proactively identify and resolve risks, issues, resource limitations, and project obstacles.

• Handle scope changes while ensuring alignment with project commitments and client expectations.

• Monitor project finances, resource usage, and overall project health.

• Deliver clear and timely communication to clients, project teams, and GoSaaS leadership.

• Ensure successful project delivery while upholding quality, accountability, and client satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in technical project or program management within enterprise technology or consulting settings.

• Proven experience in leading ERP, SaaS, cloud, or large-scale enterprise application implementations.

• Strong comprehension of implementation lifecycles, encompassing requirements, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, deployment, and support.

• Experience in managing cross-functional and globally distributed teams.

• Excellent client-facing, stakeholder management, and executive communication abilities.

• Demonstrated capability to handle multiple priorities, workstreams, risks, and deadlines effectively.

• Experience in managing project budgets, resource plans, and scope.

• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and/or hybrid delivery methodologies.

• PMP, Agile/Scrum, or a similar certification is preferred.

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is required.

• Preferred: Experience in an Oracle Cloud consulting/implementation environment, including knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, SCM, HCM, EPM, integrations, or related enterprise transformation initiatives.
