This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Oversee all project management processes for programs of high complexity or portfolios containing moderately complex projects.
• Collaborate with business development leaders to formulate strategies and seize growth opportunities.
• Ensure timely project delivery, maintaining alignment with scope, budget, company objectives, governance standards, and IT strategies.
• Establish a complex program vision, defining its scope, goals, and detailed roadmaps.
• Supervise the execution of all projects under the program umbrella.
• Manage the performance, quality, schedules, finances, resources, and scope of projects.
• Guide, train, inspire, and lead both technical and administrative teams.
• Recognize, evaluate, and mitigate risks at the program level, while formulating contingency plans.
• Ensure adherence to IT governance policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee program budgets, manage costs, and optimize resource allocation.
• Set and monitor goals, ensuring that deliverables align with quality and business standards.
• Offer strategic direction, performance updates, visibility, and engagement with partners.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT program management, specifically in delivering large-scale IT projects.
• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
• Required certification in a project management field, such as PMP or PgMP.
• Proven experience in analyzing information for complex decision-making processes.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies like Agile and Waterfall.
• Experience with IT infrastructure, encompassing hardware, software, and network components.
• Proficient in using project management tools such as MS Project Online and ServiceNow.
• Experience in budget tracking, forecasting, and risk management.
• Demonstrated capability in decision-making, project management, and innovative thinking.
• Strong ability to collaborate with program teams, partners, and IT support staff.
