Digital Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Facilitate execution across various e-commerce brands

• Coordinate efforts among Creative, Paid Media, Copy, UGC, and Brand teams

• Develop workflows and manage project tracking systems

• Guarantee that tasks are completed by the appropriate individuals in a timely manner

• Proactively recognize obstacles and communicate potential risks at an early stage

• Keep teams ahead of deadlines and ensure alignment on subsequent actions

• Convert strategic discussions into clear, actionable tasks

• Handle multiple projects, competing priorities, and strict deadlines

• Enhance processes and assist in campaign execution

• Engage in the hiring process, which includes stakeholder interviews and role-specific evaluations when applicable

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6 years of project management experience in an e-commerce brand, digital marketing agency, or a similar fast-paced setting

• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in Creative, Paid Media, Content, or Marketing

• Familiarity with project management software like Monday.com, Notion, Asana, or ClickUp

• Strong grasp of performance marketing workflows and creative testing methodologies

• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail

• Capability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines concurrently

• Experience with Meta advertising campaigns or performance marketing teams

• Background in managing creative experimentation or campaign testing frameworks

• Experience supporting founder-led brands or rapidly growing e-commerce businesses

• Strong analytical abilities to interpret campaign performance and translate insights into actionable steps
